Owner's Manual — Volume II: The Cryptographic Hedge & The Second Engine

ASSERTION · C1 — Kimosabe's own edition of the United Stakeholders of America plan. Same thesis, different keynote. Plan in progress; nothing here changes the live product until it is moved to Build.

Chapter 0 — The Triad

DECISION · C1

Three codebases, one vision, held as duelling backups:

Codebase Steward Role
Kimosabe.AI (this repo) Kimosabe Cryptographic front door, private rooms, local agent runtime
Hail Hub Connect Owner Market application layer (the Spine)
Siteforum Owner Ancestral codebase — the original pattern

Rule: if one engine fails, the plan is recoverable from another. No codebase may hold another's keys.

Chapter 1 — Two Brothers, One Code

FACT · C1 — Kimosabe and Restoration Network were built separately and arrived at the same architecture: the application (the What) and the sovereign rail (the How).

Chapter 2 — The Second Keynote: Claim Caller

HYPOTHESIS · C2 — The PrepareAmerica case study carries restructuring risk. Claim Caller / Adjusting Professionals is the alternate keynote: licensed adjusters whose work product is sealed in Kimosabe vaults the carrier cannot alter.

Chapter 3 — The Claim Caller Vault

SIMULATION · C2

  • Each adjuster holds an ECDH P-256 identity; files are encrypted on device.
  • Local agents draft, summarize and timestamp — never on our servers.
  • Shared rooms open only to the stakeholders on that claim.

Chapter 4 — Fallback & Recovery

DECISION · C1 — If the RRCA / PrepareAmerica limb takes on water, operations pivot to the Claim Caller / Kimosabe axis with no loss of identity, records or trust.

Chapter 5 — The Quiet Front Door

DECISION · C0 — The public home page stays nearly empty, like Google. One door, no pitch. Each stakeholder is explained to through their own entry point, not the home page.
